Individual Sessions:

Clearing Breath (60 Mins)

In our session together, I will guide you through a 3-part breath (breathe into you belly, breathe into you chest and exhale). This is a simple yet powerful breath that activates healing within your whole body.

The following are various reasons why people have signed up for this session with me:

  • Remove subconscious blockages

All sessions are over zoom and times are PST. 

Calming Breath (60 mins)

The intention behind this breath is to sooth your nervous system. In our session together, I will guide you through specific breathing techniques for stress relief, calm, and focus. 

The following are various reasons why people have signed up for this session with me:

  • Reduce anxiety

  • Reduce stress

  • Improve focus

  • Be more present

Group Sessions:

Self-Care Healing Circle: Breathwork for Intuition (75 mins)

In this month’s Self-Care Healing Circle, we are going to explore our intuition and our inner voice. Ask yourself questions such as do you easily trust your inner voice? Do you crave more authenticity in your life? Do you value the signs and synchronicities that show up in your life? The intention behind this month’s Self-Care Healing Circle is to provide space for us to come together as a community to discuss these questions and more! I will also lead the group in breathwork exercises and self-care practices to assist us in supporting our intuition.

Space is limited to 10 people. All sessions are over zoom and times are PST. We look forward to holding space with you!
